Send your contact details, preferred breed and questions. No payment is needed.
Discuss availability, origin, needs and the puppy’s documents together.
Total price, agreements, deposit and handover conditions must be understood before committing.
A reservation only exists when expressly agreed. Your initial enquiry is not a reservation.
Payment is exclusively by SEPA bank transfer. The handover date depends on the agreement and veterinary suitability.

The standard case and our express wish: you come to us, meet the littermates and the dam, and take your puppy home yourself.
Exception
If you do not collect your puppy in person, a certified pet transporter delivers the puppy straight to your home — free of charge. Transport is considered only after individual confirmation and checking the necessary documents.
No shipping, no freight, no handover en route
A puppy of ours never travels as a parcel, as air or rail freight, in a luggage hold or via private ride-sharing. Handovers at motorway services, car parks or airport counters are excluded without exception. There are exactly two routes: you collect your puppy in person, or a certified pet transporter brings it.
Adoption & payment
We work without a shopping cart, without instant purchase and without card payment. Every placement runs through written contracts and a SEPA bank transfer.
1 · Enquiry and meeting
You send a non-binding enquiry. After the conversation and the personal meeting we decide together whether a puppy suits you.
2 · Reservation agreement
Once approved, you receive a written reservation agreement naming the puppy, date of birth, handover date, total price and deposit.
3 · Deposit by SEPA transfer
The deposit amount is specified in the written agreement and is paid exclusively by SEPA bank transfer to the account named in the agreement. The agreement specifies when the reservation becomes binding.
4 · Purchase and protection contract
Before handover both sides sign the purchase and protection contract: the puppy, price, documented health status and agreed conditions are set out in it.
5 · Final balance
The remaining balance is paid exclusively by SEPA bank transfer at the time agreed in writing.
